All our shipping services are provided on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means all applicable taxes and customs duties are included in the final price you pay at checkout.

2. Order Timeline

• Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time.

• Order Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

• Shipping Origin: All orders are dispatched from our central logistics hub in Hong Kong.

3. Shipping Disputes & Resolutions

• Remote Areas: A $5.00 USD surcharge applies to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other remote rural regions as defined by our carriers.

• Address Accuracy: You have 12 hours to email Hello@domkaka.com for address corrections. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $7.90 reshipping fee will apply.

• Missing Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the item, please contact us. We highly recommend our $1 Shipping Insurance for 100% protection against loss or theft.
