All items purchased from domkaka are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Estimated Timelines: Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

  • DDP Policy: As stated in our Shipping Policy, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning we handle the customs duties for supported regions.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by domkaka, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
